grab book, insert nose
reading
Pilgrim at Tinker Creek, by Annie Dillard
A Severe Mercy, by Sheldon Vanauken
Exodus, Psalms, Luke and various others...
(never have less than 2 books being read at once)
read in last 30-some days
Creative Correction, by Lisa Whelchel
Mudhouse Sabbath, by Lauren F. Winner
Haunted Bookshop, by Christopher Morley
Artemis Fowl, byEoin Colfer
all receive high marks imo (ie: you should read them), except artemis, which would be no great loss if left, rather than taken.
watched (that i can remember- check david for complete listing)
Gilmore Girls - Season 1, thru Disc 4? (with david- lucky me!)
A Night With the King (the story of Esther, could've been worse, but wasn't much better)
Pride and Prejudice (amusing, ghastly annoying last scene)
Legends of the Fall (viewd most recently, for first time... lots of montana skyline, plus a bit of the unmentionable, overall impressive, but not inspiring...)
Elf (for the nth time on d's sick day, but it never gets old)
Tristan and Isolde (a flop, don't bother)
Bride and Predjudice (go Bollywood!)
Monsoon Wedding (i have yet to eat a marigold, but come summer...flower of love, meet tastebuds! yay for india)
none qualify for absolute favorite- i've become rather nitpicky lately.
crushing on india
until next time...
