GOOD NEWS: God's Grace Adoption Ministries recently sent us a letter informing us that we have been selected to receive up to $2500 in matching funds. This is exciting but stressful, as all the funds must be received by January 15th. The letter was dated November 26th, but we just received it in the mail last Friday! We are going to try to contact them after the holiday to see if we can get an extension.

We are praising God however for several dear friends who have, together, gifted us with nearly $800. These gifts will go toward the matching grant! These gifts, along with the encouraging words and prayers of many, continue to strengthen us in Christ Jesus. Please continue to pray that we will be able to raise the remaining $15,000+ on the adoption.

We can not forget the most precious and priceless gift of all this season- God came in flesh to dwell among us, making the ultimate sacrifice and giving our lives certain hope. May the Spirit fill us with "joy inexpressible" because of life in Christ!
