counter-offer

there's alot of things i want to post about, but don't have time... i NEED sleep.

just wanted to let anyone who's interested to know:
we accepted a counter-offer on the house on E. 4th. david will be meeting with the loan officer tomorrow to start the financing ball rolling. i have not really emotionally absorbed this yet... but i am intellectually very happy!

your continued prayers are coveted.
love you all.

WOW! Congrats! What fun for you both! Feel free to move our clothing bins back into Heins garage attic to get them out of your way if you would please!
Now if someone would refresh my memory, which is EAST 4th? Near where you first lived, or the other side of Broadway?

M -other side of broadway, next to "open door church of God" with all the painted angel statues out front... ? ;)

L -if financing all goes well, etc.. we'll probably be moving around the end of april or early march. or 30 days from the closing date.

Oh Lyndie I can so picture those angel statues...no comment!
That's exciting about the house...it is so so totally fun being able to decorate a home totally to your likings, and not having to work around someone else's idea of decorating. The worst we had was the early 70's 10"bright yellow and orange flowers of non-descript name with huge multiple shades of green leaves all edged in black kitchen wallpaper! No need for caffeine there!
