7/7/07- the most popular wedding date in centuries...

thought i would share some pics from jon and rachel's wedding reception:

the bride and 4/5 bridesmaids (the one left out was too pregnant) singing "Son of a Preacher Man" and dancing a meticulous and well rehearsed routine. the groom and 5 groomsmen singing "My Girl" and dancing a routine discussed in a 15 second huddle b/f the song began. david has received NUMEROUS compliments on his "hot" dance moves- where did they come from? who knows?! i'm begging for a repeat performance at home, but apparently there will be none forthcoming. *sigh*

cutting the cake was far too sweet an affair- no smashing! boo! the first dance- included a few spins and dips- classy! jon's got the moves too.

Jon and Rachel are off to Colorado, honeymooning in the mountains.

we cleaned up 2 churches in an hr and a half- that must break some sort of record!

as my dad is fond of saying "many hands make light work". :)
